Registration

Dates
Registrations for the 2012 season will be open for all grades from 1 February 2012.  Registration for Junior grades closes on 19 February, and for First Kicks (formerly Nursery Grade) on 3 April.  Please see the Calendar for a full list of dates.

Online Registration
All enrolments are processed online via ClubHub.  If you were registered last season, you can elect to re-register for the current season and simply update your details.  Please ensure you follow instructions in the confirmation email to validate your email, as this is the primary method of Club communications.

OJFC's preference is that all payments are made online with Visa or Mastercard using the site's secure payment system.  This not only eases the administrative burden but also gives you instant confirmation that your registration is complete.

Subs / Fees

Only players who are fully registered prior to their grade's respective closing date will be allocated to a team.  'Fully registered' means enrolled in the system and all subs paid.  Registrations (including late payments) received after the grade's close-off date will incur a $10 admin fee and will be placed on a waitlist, meaning they may miss out on a place on their preferred team.

Club fees for the 2012 season are as follows:
First Kicks (boys and girls turning 5 or 6 in 2012) = $60 each
Junior grades (boys and girls turning 7-14 in 2012) = $100 each

Family discounts:
First Kicks - no further discount
First Junior player - no discount (cost $100)
Second Junior player - $20 discount (cost $80)
Third Junior player - $50 discount (cost $50)
Fourth and subsequent Junior players - $0
Max family fee (regardless of number / type of players) = $230

Please follow the instructions online to select the correct discount.  Artificial turf fees and photo fees are in addition to this.

Club policies
Refunds will be given in extenuating circumstances only and at OJFC's sole discretion.

The Club reserves the right to cancel membership at any point during the season (including during registration) for member behaviour that is grossly inconsistent with the Club's values.  In these instances, the full registration fee would be forfeit and no refund payable.

Contact
Please contact Julie Davidson, Registration Secretary for help with registration or more information - registration@onslow.org.nz.  We aim for a 24-hour response time.
